Practical Information
Arrival
Keys are guaranteed from 5:00 pm.
You are welcome to arrive earlier. Please present yourself at reception during opening hours. You may park your vehicle in the external car park and enjoy the campsite facilities while waiting for your accommodation to be ready.
Start your holiday from the moment you arrive.
Departure
Departures must take place before 10:00 am.
Keys should be returned to reception.
After vacating your accommodation, you may park in the external car park and continue enjoying the campsite facilities for the remainder of the day.
We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation clean and tidy (washing up done, bins emptied, floors swept). These small gestures greatly support our team in preparing the accommodation for the next guests.
For complete peace of mind, you may choose the end-of-stay cleaning package for €95 and leave stress-free.
Pets
Pets are welcome at the campsite, with a maximum of 2 pets per rental accommodation.
For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask you to ensure your accommodation is kept clean during your stay. An vacuum cleaner can be requested at reception on the day of departure if needed.
Should the accommodation require additional cleaning due to excessive pet hair, an extra cleaning charge may be applied at departure.
