Booking
What is cancellation insurance?
Cancellation insurance is an optional package payable in full and only at the time of booking your camping holiday, amounting to 5% of the total cost of your stay. This cover guarantees a refund of the sums paid (without the need for supporting documents, but subject to certain limits) and applies in the circumstances set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The insurance must be taken out at the same time as the purchase, payable with the first deposit.
Can I reserve a specific pitch?
You can reserve a specific pitch for an additional charge of €30. You can specify your preferences or a specific pitch number if you have stayed at the campsite before. This rate also applies if you wish to be next to another pitch or accommodation unit. Subject to availability at the time of booking.
What is the procedure for paying by holiday vouchers (ANCV)?
If you have chosen to pay for your booking in full or in part using holiday vouchers (ANCV), you must send them by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, quoting your booking reference, to the following address: Camping Les Terrasses Provencales, 450 route de Rousset, 26110 VENTEROL.

No, the balance for your stay must be paid no later than one month before your arrival.
This choice allows us to offer you a smoother, higher-quality experience:
- a streamlined arrival process
- a personalised welcome with no waiting
- no payment required on the spot
When you arrive, all you need to do is settle in and start your holiday in peace and quiet.

A baby is indeed regarded as a person in their own right.
